Neeraj Bishnoi’s father Dashrath Bishnoi said, “We have two daughters and a son. Neeraj is the youngest. Yesterday the police team came to our house and asked about Neeraj. The team stayed at our house for about 45 minutes and searched our house. Before leaving, they took my son into custody and confiscated his mobile and laptop.”
Neeraj’s father claimed that his son was innocent and that he could do no wrong. Dashrath Bishnoi said that Neeraj told us that he was not involved in any wrongdoing. He also told the Delhi Police team that he was innocent and that someone might have used his photo.
Neeraj’s father told that his son had passed 10th class from St. Mary’s School with 86 percent marks. Neeraj also got a laptop from the state government. Neeraj’s father said that his financial condition is not so good.
He said, “Neeraj used to work on laptop most of the time till 11 pm every day. Neeraj got admission in Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal in 2019, but he was attending online classes from home.
